About Us

Back in 1986, Nigel began his trading career, using methods based on Elliott, Gann, and other popular theorists. He didn't take long to realize that standard indicators were shortsighted for the current day's market volatility. So, after much research and development, Nigel formulated his own proprietary indicator collection. Based on volume spread analysis, standard deviation price, and pattern recognition, this strategy quickly proved resilient for achieving consistently profitable trades. These tools are now the Hawkeye indicators. Based on Nigel's more than 20 years of volume research and active trading experience, the Hawkeye indicators have become one of the most powerful trading tools, applicable to all markets today.

When not trading, Nigel spends his time on the sea fishing or sailing. (He also wields a pretty mean pan in the kitchen!)

Rachel manages the day-to-day operations behind the scenes at Hawkeye Traders. She is responsible for customer relations, communications, and product delivery. She also coordinates all technical responses, making sure any issues reported are routed to the appropriate resolution contact within Hawkeye Traders. Her additional duties include maintenance of the website, blog, and she publishes the weekly newsletter.

Rachel and her husband Jeff live in Buffalo, NY, and have one son, and one daughter.

Anna Coulling has been involved in the financial markets for over 15 years, trading and investing in virtually every market with experience across all market instruments, from futures and options to stocks, commodities and forex.

She writes and publishes articles for both UK and international publications on a variety of financial topics and, in particular, she enjoys helping others to learn how to trade and invest. Since starting her first website several years ago she has since developed a network of sites covering a variety of markets and instruments. At the last count these numbered over 60, all free and dedicated to demystifying and simplifying the financial markets for fellow traders and investors.

In the last few years she has focused on trading the forex market, where she now specializes. She writes regular forex market analyzes on her personal website, and she is also an expert contributor to fxstreet, one of the world’s leading forex portals, where you can find her weekly analysis of the major currency pairs.

Denise's first investments started with Italian stocks in 1989. After successfully trading these stocks, she moved into geared derivatives with mixed success — due to fear and just a bit of greed. She then decided to develop her trading plans into fully automated systems. In her previous career, she'd founded and managed a very successful manufacturing business in Italy, where she developed a passion for new technologies. She has traded with automated systems full-time since 2005, using intraday and longer-term timeframes.

In 2007, Denise discovered Hawkeye indicators. Since then, she has implemented Hawkeye indicators plus some of her own propitiatory indicators into every automated system with striking success. Denise received a diploma in Financial Services in 2005 from AFMA, Australia and has a Management Hospitality Diploma from the Slovak Republic. She lives at Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast of Australia with her two school-aged daughters, enjoying the sun, sand, and warm-weather lifestyle.
